- Levey-Jennings chart with ±2SD / ±3SD bands
- Westgard rule violation flags (1-3s, 2-2s, R-4s, 4-1s, 10x)
- Historical run review + corrective action notes
- Reads/writes qc_parameters + qc_result tables
